With a degree in Exercise Science, a practicing Massage Therapist and years spent a yoga instructor and birth doula, I am here to support your wellness goals. Whether it be getting into a better fitness routine, creating healthy recipes, regulating your menstrual cycle, practicing meditation, or helping your body relax and heal through the powerful techniques of bodywork and reiki, I am here for YOU!

Full Spectrum Doula
Savannah Brown
A full spectrum doula is a non-medically trained community care worker who offers support to people during the full spectrum of pregnancy – from preconception, to birth, to abortion, to miscarriage, to adoption, to postpartum.
Full spectrum birth workers actively practice being open and aware of the diverse reproductive needs and experiences people have, in light of their identity, background, preferences, lived experiences, and so on.

Savannah offers labor and birth support and postpartum care. Book a consultaion to have the most supported pregnancy possible. She has an innate mission to change the ways we act and think about birth, approaching it with empowerment and honesty, so that women can bring forth life just as their body naturally knows how to do.
