Renee Innes is the owner and founder and Sacred Circle Wellness, she moved to the Mt. Washington Valley in 2017. She is passionate about women's health and believes healthy mothers and families are the foundation for healthy communities. She graduated from Western State Colorado University with a Bachelor's in Exercise and Sport Science and Experiential Education. Prior to finishing her degree, she completed an 800 hour Therapeutic Bodywork Certificate through Mountain Heart School of Bodywork. She became a Licensed Massage Therapist in Colorado and has been practicing since 2015. Her further education has consisted of Arvigo Maya Abdominal Massage, prenatal, postpartum and fertility massage and yoga. Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy helps with reproductive and digestive conditions and helps facilitate health and wellness from preconception through the postpartum time. She has been a yoga teacher since 2013 and currently teaches at Mountain Kula Yoga. She teaches Sacred Flow and BirthFit classes. She worked as a full spectrum doula for five years prior to having children of her own. She enjoys swimming in all bodies of water, walks in the woods, crafting and spending time with family.
She works as a massage therapist, fitness instructor and community educator.
