Prenatal Yoga: Friday 4pm
Much like other types of childbirth-preparation classes, prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Research suggests that prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies.
Prenatal yoga can:Improve sleep, Reduce stress and anxiety, Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth,Decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath
Prenatal yoga can also help you meet and bond with other pregnant women and prepare for the stress of being a new parent.
Mom & Me Exercise : Wednesday 11:30 am
Mommy & me classes provide an uninterrupted opportunity for moms to bond closely with their babies and promote the self-esteem of both.They teach baby about healthy exercise. Mommy & me classes usually involve a lot of movement and activity including strength and stretching.
Gentle Yin Yoga: Tuesday 8 am
Easing onto the mat through mindful breathing, dropping into the heart space, the start of class helps us root in sacred space. Pranayama and mindful intention guide us through Hatha and Ashtanga asana sequence. Present breathing and asana practice sparks the inner fire to ignite energy flow through chakra centers. Jillian's intention for this practice is for everybody to connect with the power and beauty of Earth & Sky to experience a deeper awareness and sensation of unique creative expression within. All Levels.
Buti Yoga Fridays 9:30 am
Buti Yoga is a unique practice, known for it's cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement, and conditioning. Created by celebrity trainer Bizzie Gold, it's designed to offer a calorie-scorching, body-sculpting, and dynamic yoga practice.
Kirpalu Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 am
Kripalu is a gentle hatha yoga practice with a compassionate approach. It places an emphasis on meditation, physical healing, and spiritual transformation that overflows from the yoga mat into daily life. Kripalu is gentle yoga that emphasizes moving at your own pace, self-acceptance, and adaptability.
Expect to stretch, tone, empower, release, dance and restore your Divine Feminine Body as well as connect to your Soul's wisdom through meditation, SoulBody awareness and Soul~Exploration. You have the permission to release emotions, take up space and honour what your body truly needs on any given day. When a woman has the opportunity to listen to the needs of her own SoulBody Truth, the possibilities are infinite! Each Class will be dedicated to a different Goddess and you will learn to see the goddess in yourself.
