Meet Renee - Owner of Sacred Circle Wellness Center
Hey! I'm Renee. As a health professional I strive to meet the needs of my clients who are looking to achieve a healthier or more energized lifestyle.
With a degree in Exercise Science, a practicing Massage Therapist and years spent a yoga instructor and birth doula, I am here to support your wellness goals.
Whether it be getting into a better fitness routine, creating healthy recipes, regulating your menstrual cycle, practicing meditation, or helping your body relax and heal through the powerful techniques of bodywork and reiki, I am here for YOU!
