Meet Our Team

Renee Innes
Owner / Licensed Massage Therapist / Reiki Master / Teacher / BirthFit & Yoga Instructor
I began my journey into the health field at a young age. My mom owned a community gym, and as a child I spent countless hours learning about the human body. I was a high school and collegiate athlete, and it was during that time that I first discovered yoga. After playing field hockey at The University of New Hampshire, for a year, I decided to step away from competitive athletics and start a new chapter focused on reconnecting with my body. I turned to rock climbing and yoga, both of which became important practices in my life.
Eventually, I paused my education in outdoor education to complete a yoga teacher training. It was there that I met a massage therapist, and for the first time realized massage could be a career path. Inspired, I packed up and moved to Crested Butte, Colorado—a ski town—where I enrolled in a massage program. I graduated with a clear passion: supporting new mothers. That calling led me to doula training and the opening of the first version of Sacred Circle.
Wanting to deepen my education, I returned to school and completed a degree at Western State Colorado University in Exercise Science and Sports Science, focusing much of my research on exercise and pregnancy. In 2017, I moved back to New Hampshire and fell in love with the Mount Washington Valley. Around this time, I began studying abdominal therapy to better support women through every phase of life—from easing menstrual pain and addressing infertility, to providing nurturing touch for pregnancy and postpartum.
Today, I teach Women's Health and Massage Therapy at White Mountains Community College in Littleton, NH. If you're interested in becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist check out the website!
As a mother of two young children, my personal experiences have profoundly shaped my work. Supporting mothers after becoming one myself has given me a deeper understanding and empathy. I strive to create a welcoming, comfortable space for every person who walks through our doors.
I believe in a world where mothers are truly centered and deeply cared for. Through Sacred Circle, I am honored to serve my community by offering a wide range of services for new parents and beyond.

Savannah Brown
Full Spectrum Doula / Reiki Master
Hello my name is Savannah Brown.
I am a Full-Spectrum Birth Doula and Reiki Master.
For the past 3 years it has been an honor to serve the families of the MWV, and hold space for them during their most important moments.
I have a mission to change the ways we act and think about birth, approaching it with empowerment and honesty, so that woman can birth just as their body naturally knows how to.
My passion is to empower women to listen to and have trust in their bodies and intuition, throughout the childbirth continuum (from conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, including pregnancy loss support).

Nicole Kalata
Licensed Massage Therapist / Lymphatic Massage Therapist
Hi, I’m Nicole, a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies and find peace through therapeutic touch. My journey into massage therapy began after working as an outdoor guide, where I developed a deep appreciation for how important it is to listen to your body and take care of it. That experience inspired me to pursue massage therapy, and I’ve been working in the field since 2021.
I truly enjoy offering relaxation, lymphatic, hot stone, and cupping massage. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where clients can fully unwind—whether they’re recovering from surgery, managing daily stress, or simply in need of some time to recharge.
I’m always learning and exploring new techniques to better support the unique needs of each person I work with. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me outside, hiking, exploring, and sharing adventures with my favorite adventure buddy, my son.
Helping people feel better in their bodies is something I care deeply about, and I bring compassion, skill, and kindness to every session

Elizabeth Kluchnick
Reiki II Practitioner
A local to the valley, Elizabeth began her reiki journey in 2018. Connecting with the practice, she furthered her interest by perusing a certification as a Level I and Level II Usui Reiki Practitioner, in 2024.
Reiki works with the body’s natural energy system to promote relaxation, balance and over all well-being. Each session is tailored to the individual and will focus on creating a space for clients to be open to receiving the healing benefits of reiki.
Elizabeth ‘Bitty’ continues to work in the SAU9 School District as a Program Aide and Athletic Coach since 2012 and looks forward to serving the community in a different capacity.

Kayla Looper

Kayla is an avid learner, outdoors appreciator, and long-distance trail runner.
She studied neuroscience at the University of New England, and post-graduation spent a year volunteering on organic farms. She then attended the New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts to become a licensed massage therapist.
Her current practice is focused on the inseparability of the brain and body– helping clients to heal & grow by easing the stress that exacerbates bodily pain, and by reinforcing and redirecting the mental map of the body’s position in space.
Kayla is excited to continue learning through her work & experience, and to help those she works with to connect with their body on a deeper level.

Jennifer Nolan
Licensed Massage Therapist/ Reiki Practitioner
After moving from the Isle of Palms, South Carolina, to New Hampshire’s Mount Washington Valley in 2001, I discovered that my true sense of home lies in the mountains. Although I spent much of my life by the ocean—living along the coasts of several states and even in Africa—the White Mountains offered a deeper connection and the ideal place to raise my two children.
My professional journey began in veterinary medicine, where I devoted nearly 30 years to caring for animals of every kind—small and large mammals, exotics, and wildlife. Over the years, I worked in both emergency and small animal clinics in Virginia, South Carolina, and New Hampshire. Highlights of my career include serving as a tour guide and cheetah interpreter at the National Zoo in Washington, D.C., and running my own wildlife rescue and rehabilitation clinic in South Carolina.
In 2010, I expanded my passion for healing by becoming certified in Reiki I & II, and later, in 2019, I became a licensed massage therapist. For two years, I also taught anatomy of the lymphatic system and lymphatic drainage at NHITA. After officially retiring from veterinary medicine in 2022, I shifted my focus fully to massage therapy, combining science, intuition, and compassion to support the well-being of my clients.

Sarah Trundel
Certified Yoga Instructor/ Certified Reiki II Practitioner/ Certified PEMF Practitioner/ Equine and Canine Bodywork Specialist
Hello! My name is Sarah and after two decades as a field biologist and animal care professional, I felt called to make a change, and shift my focus toward my true passion - integrative wellness and healing. Coming from a multigenerational lineage of Reiki Masters, I naturally discovered within myself the ability to support others through energy work at an early age. My journey into holistic health continued during my recovery from Chronic Lyme Disease and Fibromyalgia as a young woman. Yoga became a vital part of my healing process and eventually inspired me to pursue my teaching certification in 2019. Always in search of science-based alternatives to support my health, I discovered the Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Field movement in 2022. The results were transformative for myself and for my personal animals. I dove head first and founded Amor Animal Wellness in 2023, and for the last two years I have traveled throughout New England providing integrated bodywork sessions to horses and dogs - highlighting MagnaWave PEMF.
I was drawn to certify with MagnaWave - as it is one of the oldest PEMF companies in the US, and the first company in the world to offer a certification training in the use of PEMF machines. A bonus for me as a biologist, was MagnaWave’s dedication to scientific research. Numerous studies have now proven the benefits of this non-invasive alternative wellness option for both humans and animals! I hold multiple PEMF certifications and am a proud member of the Association of PEMF Professionals. I felt it was the right time to open a dedicated and comfortable space for offering human PEMF sessions - and am thrilled to do so right here at Sacred Circle Wellness in North Conway!

Danielle Woods
International Board Certified Lactations Consultant
Hi I’m Danielle!
After graduating from St. Anselm College with a bachelor’s degree in nursing,
I worked for 20years on a busy pediatric unit before completing my IBCLC
(International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant) certification. I have
supported new families in the hospital in the hours & days after birth; pumping
parents in a level III NICU; outpatient clinic visits and a weekly feeding support
group. I also worked in an Obstetric office and built the role of an in-office
lactation consultant. These years of working in a hectic hospital environment,
where there was never enough time to spend with new families, confirmed my
true calling. I launched my own private practice, Valley Woods Lactation. Now
I passionately help families reach their unique breastfeeding and lactation
goals and give the time they deserve.
Prepare for your lactation journey BEFORE baby arrives just as you build your
baby registry and research car seats! I want you to feel ready to conquer
those early exhausting moments while you get to know your new baby.
Once your baby arrives, I can help you with challenges with latching and
feeding (breastfeeding should never be painful); babies with oral restrictions
(tongue/lip ties); babies struggling to gain weight; pumping challenges;
returning to work; and weaning. I will work together with you to set realistic
goals and create a sustainable plan for your family.
When I’m not working with families, I enjoy spending time with my husband
and adult-ish children, my two crazy active dogs, traveling, cooking, hiking
and skiing. You’ll also see me on the ski slopes as a youth ski instructor!
I aim to support your feeding goals, educate you about feeding (breast, bottle,
formula, or any combination of), and provide you with a personalized plan for
YOU and YOUR baby.
