Owner of Sacred Circle Wellness, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, BirthFit & Yoga Instructor
Renee Innes
Renee is the founder and owner of Sacred Circle Wellness, a space dedicated to supporting mothers, families, and individuals through every stage of life. She created the studio to provide education, care, and nurturing support, building a welcoming community-focused center for holistic wellness and personal growth.
Renee’s journey into health and wellness began at a young age, inspired by her mother’s community gym and her own experience as a collegiate athlete. She discovered yoga and later pursued massage therapy, doula training, and abdominal therapy, cultivating practices that support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Her professional path is guided by a commitment to holistic care and empowering clients to connect with their bodies.
As a mother of two, Renee brings personal experience, empathy, and intention to every session. She blends education, skill, and compassion to create a grounding and supportive environment, helping clients release tension, restore balance, and feel centered. Through Sacred Circle, Renee is honored to serve her community and provide care that nurtures both body and spirit.
Licensed Massage & Lymphatic Massage Therapist
Nicole Kalata
Nicole has been practicing massage therapy since 2021. Her journey into the field began after working as an outdoor guide, where she developed a deep appreciation for the body’s signals and the importance of caring for it. That experience inspired her to pursue formal massage training, and she has since cultivated a thoughtful approach to supporting each client’s well-being.
Nicole enjoys offering relaxation, lymphatic, hot stone, and cupping massage, creating a warm and supportive space where clients can restore, unwind, and reconnect with their bodies. She continues to expand her skills to meet the unique needs of every person she works with. Outside the studio, Nicole can often be found hiking, exploring, and sharing adventures with her son. She brings compassion, skill, and presence to every session, helping clients feel more at ease and balanced in their bodies.

Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner
Jennifer Nolan
Jennifer has been practicing massage therapy since 2019, following a nearly 30-year career in veterinary medicine. During those years, she cared for a wide range of animals across emergency and small-animal settings, served as a cheetah interpreter at the Smithsonian’s National Zoo, and operated her own wildlife rescue and rehabilitation center. She later became certified in Reiki I & II and taught lymphatic anatomy and lymphatic drainage at the New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts before shifting her full focus to massage in 2022.
Jennifer blends science, intuition, and compassion to support the well-being of her clients, drawing on her extensive background in healing work. Her intention is to create a grounded, restorative experience for each person she works with, helping them navigate stress, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies. She is grateful to continue her path in the healing arts and looks forward to supporting clients through thoughtful, attentive care.
