Infrared Sauna + Red Light Therapy

Our Sunlighten infrared sauna combines therapeutic heat with red and near-infrared light to support relaxation, circulation, recovery, and overall well-being.

Potential Benefits

  • Cardiovascular support — Heat exposure temporarily increases heart rate and blood flow, creating cardiovascular responses similar to mild-to-moderate physical activity.

  • Circulation — Heat causes blood vessels to dilate, increasing peripheral blood flow.

  • Muscle recovery — Increased circulation and heat may help relax muscles and reduce post-exercise soreness and tension.

  • Stress & relaxation — Sauna bathing can promote relaxation and may help regulate the body's stress response.

  • Sleep support — The relaxation and temperature changes associated with sauna use may support restful sleep.

  • Healthy sweating — Sauna promotes sweating, the body's natural mechanism for regulating temperature.

  • Cellular energy & recovery — Red and near-infrared light therapy (photobiomodulation) may influence mitochondrial function and cellular energy production.

  • Skin health — Red and near-infrared light may support collagen production, circulation, and healthy skin appearance.

  • Inflammation & oxidative stress — Research suggests photobiomodulation may influence pathways involved in inflammation and oxidative stress.

Heat. Light. Recovery.

A science-informed wellness experience designed to help you sweat, restore, and reconnect with your body.

Infrared sauna and red light therapy are wellness modalities and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Research is ongoing and individual responses vary.

Safety & Considerations

Sauna use is generally well tolerated by healthy adults when used appropriately. Stay hydrated, avoid alcohol before or during your session, and leave the sauna if you feel dizzy, nauseous, faint, or unwell. Start with shorter sessions and allow your body to acclimate to the heat.

If you are pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, take medications that affect blood pressure or sweating, or have another medical concern, consult your healthcare provider before using a sauna.
